Welcome Team Volunteer

We are looking for Welcome Team volunteers who will have a vital role to play by welcoming our visitors to site and delivering the first part of a memorable and enjoyable day that enhances the visitor experience. They have good knowledge of the site, a passion for animals and their welfare and for conveying information.

They interact closely with visitors, checking them in with our ticketing system, Eventbrite, and help them discover our 42-acre site, importantly how to get the best from their visit. They help protect the health and safety of visitors and play a vital role in safeguarding the site and the 1,000 animals here at Raystede.
