Challenge Event Volunteer – Cheer Squad for Running Events (Cheer Squad for #TeamRaystede Runners)

We are looking for #TeamRaystede volunteers to cheer on our fabulous runners doing their thing to support local animals in need at challenge events across Sussex.

If you’re able to join our cheer squad for an event, you’ll be given a Raystede blue t-shirt and some cheering items (like a bell or tambourine) so you can make as much noise as possible and show our runners how much their fundraising means and to encourage them while they complete their race. You will be acting as an ambassador for Raystede in front of other runners and cheerers on the event day and will be supported at the event by our Fundraising team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic volunteers who are happy to be outdoors in all weather, enjoy being part of a team, engaging with the public to represent Raystede.

Challenge events are held at multiple locations across Sussex. Full instructions, including travel advice, will be provided when you register. The event will usually be on the weekend or in the evening. You can choose to volunteer for the whole event or a half day.
